How it works

I have worked with numerous companies over my career and I know that you know your business best. But, you need an experienced designer to get your ideas out and in to a format that will communicate your business to your customers in the best possible way.

I employ detailed design techniques, developed over the last twenty years, which are engineered to get the best presentation. The design phase usually involves three different concepts which are designed to get you actively involved in the design process. My understanding of the technical and marketing sides, as well as the presentation and user interface design, means that I am thinking on multiple levels when I am designing for you.

When the initial design phase is completed, visual proofs or concepts will be delivered to you for review. It is likely that you will favour one of the designs, but there are lots of ideas on the table now. So, we can now work together to mix and match the ideas, ruling in or out what you do and do not like.

I believe the design phase does not end until you are completely satisfied.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide a suitable solution and am unable to rectify the design to meet with your satisfaction then no charge will be made. I will promptly refund any deposit, less any previously agreed amounts already paid by myself to Third Parties for stock photos or other products or services essential to the design.
